Bobbie is an addict and small-time thief. When one of his jobs goes bad, Mel is called in to patch him up. Mel offers him a chance at a bigger score. Over time, Mel and his girlfriend Sid become almost like parents to Bobbie and his girlfriend Rosie, but this can’t last.
The story involves a white supremist plot to taint the United States water supply with a toxin that is harmless to whites but lethal to blacks. The only obstacles that stand in the way of this dastardly plan are Jim Brown, Fred Williamson and Jim Kelly, who shoot, kick and karate chop their way to final victory.
Inspector Amar Damjee discovers a terrifying crime in the street when he saves the lives of bus passengers. Now his job is as a police inspector to identify the terrorists. His vengeance threatens not only the man who allowed mercy to supersede justice, but also the system and the city that made it so.

But their hearts aren’t really into their work and they decide to let her go. Laurel, worried abut the effect a phoney kidnapping will have on her career, tells them they’ve got to go through with it for real. She points out that in the past, she’s been a party to number of outrageous publicity stunts and, because they abducted her on the eve of the release of her new film, “The Kidnapped Bride,” she tells them her career will collapse unless they make the kidnapping look like it was on the level.
